独立行政法人国立印刷局（以下「国立印刷局」という。）は、国立印刷局工場見学予約サイト（以下「当サイト」という。）において、国立印刷局の工場見学を申込みされる皆様の情報を収集しています。収集した情報は利用目的の範囲内で適切に取り扱います。

収集する情報の範囲

当サイトでは、工場見学を予約する際に、ご見学者様のお名前、年齢、E-mailアドレス、電話番号、ご住所を必須でご入力いただいております。
また、お問合せフォームにて、お名前、E-mailアドレス、電話番号を必須でご入力いただいております。

利用目的

当サイトで収集した情報は、国立印刷局の工場見学を円滑に実施するために利用します。お名前、E-mailアドレス及び電話番号については、予約確定のご連絡及び予約に関するご連絡をする場合に利用します。

利用及び提供の制限

国立印刷局では、法令に基づく開示要請があった場合、不正アクセス・脅迫等の違法行為があった場合その他特別の理由のある場合を除き、収集した情報を前項の利用目的以外の目的のために自ら利用し、又は第三者に提供いたしません。

安全確保の措置

国立印刷局は、収集した情報の漏えい、滅失又は棄損の防止その他収集した情報の適切な管理のために必要な措置を講じます。

The following personal information is also collected from users submitting online inquiries:
- Name
- Email address
- Telephone number

Purpose of use

Any personal information collected will be used for identification of the individual in question toward facility tour management, necessary contact and dispatch of confirmation emails.

Disclosure to Third Parties

Personal information collected will not be provided to any third party for usage other than that covered under the Purpose of Use except in the event of unauthorized access, intimidation or other illegal acts.

This privacy policy applies to information collected via npb-plant-tour.resv.jp and other online NPB plant tour resources.
